The Integratrailer

To sum this place up in a few words: Simple, Easy, Fun, Pack-lite Weekend. My wife's family and friends managed to book the majority of the trailers for the weekend which was great because we had the place mostly to ourselves. Going into it, I was expecting that I had to bring all my camping gear, such as bbq grill, lantern, sleeping bag, etc. Man I was wrong. Here are some tips: - Pack lite: This place has most of what you need. You DO NOT need a cooler. You DO NOT need a grill. You DO NOT need sleeping bags. You DO NOT need your own dishes. You DO NOT need a stereo. Literally, anything you are thinking of bringing with the exception of food and beer, you DO NOT need to bring. - Things to Pack: Food and beer. If you are planning on grilling or using the fire pit, then bring charcoal and firewood. Other than that, and clothes on your back, there is not much you will need to bring. - Book in Advance: This place does fill up. Best to plan in advance and bring a group; its better that way. - Read the Rules: While we really didn't run into an issue, some people on Yelp complained about the rules. The rules are pretty simple. Don't sweat it. - Prepare to drive on dirt roads: You are going to be in Joshua tree. Not every street is paved, especially the ones leading to the place. - Bring a copy of your reservation email with you: You will not have an address to find your way there. The email will give you pretty good directions. On some side notes, there is plenty to do. The pool is small, but clean and fun. There is a hot tub on the upper deck of the "playhouse". I am not sure what else to call it but the playhouse has ping pong, darts, an old style arcade, and vending machines that serve all kinds of things including PBR. That is right, I said it, the vending machine serves PBR lol. There is a mini golf area (not bad), and a rifle and archery area. There is also a juke box with a great selection of rock, classics, indie, etc. Not much on the R&B and Hip Hop. The bbq is a three section large grill. There is a community fridge for you to keep your items cold. And the larger trailers have their own fridge. There are community showers as well.
