Gift Card FAQs

• “Can I Buy For A Friend?”- Absolutely! All we need to book the date is your unique GC #, you can buy gift cards in your name and gift them later on.

• “How do I redeem my gift card?” - Gift cards need to be verified by our team, so when you’re ready to book your dates, first confirm the dates are available on our website and then either email us at info@hicksvillepalace.com with your GC #(s) and the date(s) you would like to book or give us a call at 844-420-3013. Once you’re booking has been reserved you will receive a confirmation email with your dates of stay.

• “Can I buy more than 1 gift card at a time?” - There is NO limit on the # of gift cards you can purchase, however our system will only allow one gift card to be purchased at a time as each as a unique #.

• “Can I use this for an event, like a wedding?” - Yes, gift cards can be used towards ANY reservations, including weddings. Weddings and other events have additional fees that will still be due on top of the reservation, so please make sure to read through our events pages or inquire with our office before booking for special events or weddings.

• “Can I get a refund?” - Gift cards are non-refundable however if you have a future reservation, your gift card can be applied to it and your credit card refunded.
