Enjoy the privacy of booking the entire property for just you and your friends or family. This booking includes all 11 unique accommodations. Max capacity of 32.
Enjoy all the on-site amenities with just you and yours: salt water pool, hot tub, jukebox, ball pit, mini golf, arcade, ping pong, darts, shuffleboard, archery & bb gun range, tipi, and fire pit.
Plus we even throw in the bar cart if you'd like to set up a pony keg & cocktails station.
This reservation DOES NOT INCLUDE:
• Event Fees (Weddings, Anniversaries, Receptions, etc)
• Access for additional guests NOT staying on the property
• Location Fees (Photoshoots/Filming/Product Photos)
Policies
Check In: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Check Out: 11:00 AM
Payment: 100% due at time of booking.
Cancellations: You will receive 50% refund of payment if you cancel outside of 8 days of your check in. You will receive 0% refund of payment if you cancel within 8 days of check in
Damage Deposit: A hold of $ 500 will be charged on the check in date and released 1 day after check out.
Music: We have a jukebox for all to enjoy – it’s a large part of the Hicksville experience! Please leave personal speakers at home.
