Smoking Friendly but NOT in the Trailers

All Trailers are non-smoking (this includes vaping). Guests are allowed to smoke anywhere outside on the property. Smoking in the trailers will result in an extra fee of $200 per trailer smoked in.

Communal Property

There are no refunds for noise, this is a communal property and this is an outdoor jukebox available for guests to play from 10am - Midnight. We expect all guests to be respectful of communal amenities and other guests.

1 Year Olds Count

Humans 12mo old & older count towards your trailer’s capacity and are allowed only during family weeks or during entire property rentals.

Don’t Leave Your Mess

Inconsiderate and unusually large messes will be charged an additional cleaning fee of up to $500.

Responsible

You are responsible for everyone in your party. Please make sure they read and agree to these policies.

Registered Guests Only

No one is allowed on the property except for registered guests. No exceptions. If this rule is violated, besides your reservation being cancelled, you will be charged an additional $100 per unregistered person.

Check In 3PM-10PM

No more late fees!! All guests must check in by 10pm, though we highly recommend guests try to arrive before sunset to see/use all the amenities on the property.

Secret Location

Do not share the secret location of Hicksville Trailer Palace. We want everyone’s stay to be private without unwanted people peeping in.

Don’t Bring

NO fireworks, pool toys, tents, chairs, deep fryers, camping stoves, DRONES, silly string, confetti, poppers, glitter, nudity, water balloons or snaps. We are not a campground. There will be a minimum $50 fine for this violation.

Return Your Keys

You agree to pay $75 for lost keys not returned on the check out date. Keys found and returned within 5 business days will be credited back $50.

Use Your Own Credit Card

The person bookding must be the same person checking in at Hicksville. You cannot use someone else’s credit card to book.

Check Out 11AM

Check out is at 11am (sorry y’all no late checkouts permitted). For every 15 mins you are still on the property after 11am you will be charged $25.

There Are Location Fees

Commercial/Still Photography/Video shoots are NOT PERMITTED unless previously arranged and is subject to a $10,000 per day location fee if violated.

No Speakers Of Any Kind

No P/A Systems, stereos, boom boxes, bluetooth speakers or docks. We have a free jukebox by the pool. Noise travels far in the desert and we do not want to upset our neighbors. There is a $200 fee for this violation.

Cancellation

• You agree to be refunded 50% of your booking reservation for cancellations 8 days or more in advance of your check in date.

• You agree to be refunded 0% of your booking reservation for cancellations less than 8 days in advance of your check in date.

Dog Fee

There is a dog fee of $25 per dog per reservation.

Clean Up After Your Dog

You must clean up after your dog. Fee of $15/violation

Dogs and Trailers

Dogs are not allowed to be left in the trailers unattended. If you leave the property, your dog(s) must leave with you. 

Dog Limits

If you are bringing your dog there is a maximum of 2 dogs per trailer. The Fifi and The Sweet DO NOT allow dogs, and there is a 25 lbs limit for dogs staying in The Pioneer, The Lux and The Pony. No weight limits in all other trailers.

Dog Aggressiveness

If your dog is aggressive towards another dog or human, you and your dog will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Always have your dog by your side and not wandering around the property on its own.
